Can the 14th amendment be changed by a billionair named TRUMP?

as far as i can tell the 14th amendment can only be changed by an act of congress or an amendment made to the constitution by the supreme court of the united states. so the Trump man does have his work cut out for him if he plans on overturning such a long standing amendment. see Donald Trump has been giving some riveting speeches lately about how he wants to remove the so called "anchor babies" from the united states and send them back to where there illegal parents originated from.

 The 14th amendment states:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

so language like that is pretty clear for most to understand , you born here you live and vote here as a citizen no questions asked!.....but that whole  "to the jurisdiction thereof" is a very tricky part that the so called legal "smart" people trump says he has are mulling over . just to give you an example, if a foreign diplomat is here in the united states and happens to have a baby  is the baby American or a citizen of the diplomats country? they are in fact not American because they are  "subject to the jurisdiction thereof " which to the best of my non expert opinion means another country does have dominion over the diplomats baby thus it is a citizen of that country not the US. so Trumps people are arguing that perhaps they can use this loop hole to kick out all of the illegal immigrants in the united states.

another thing that alot of people take for granted about citizenship is that it is not directly guaranteed by constitution but rather by a statute , so thats why our somoa friends have no citizenship, seriously it sucks for em come financial aid time. 

i cant really come to a conclusion on how i feel about trumps proposal to change the 14th amendment but i am glad i learned that YES it is possible to change the amendment. its going to take alot of work alot of votes and i seriously doubt it will happen or that federal agents will kick doors down and drag entire families over the border. cant believe i learned this , glad you learned it with me.

how many deaths does it take to kill rasputin ?

 so through out history a lot of people have died in alot of gruesome ways but one that stands out in my endless search for pointless truths is the way  Grigori Rasutin was EFFIN MURDERED!! according to Felix Yusupov's memoirs ( the guy who killed him) he had filled 4 bottles of sweet wine with high levels of cyanide and invited rasputin to have a drink with him, after about an hour rasputin was getting a tad drunk but was still very much alive. so Yusupov decided to excuse himself so he could go get a revolver came back in and sat to the left of rasputin and shot him point blank in  the chest. the bullet went through his stomach and liver and out of his side a blood gushing rasputin fell over on a WHITE bear skin rug, WHAT the hell man i said no red wine on the rug and definitely no BLOOD!! so they dump his body in the cellar and congratulate each other on a good murder. moments later rasputin wakes up realises he has been shot and starts to make his way out of the cellar and into the courtyard.  There Yusupovs accomplices shoot him another 4 times. with a bullet going through the kidney and lodged in his spine. so now when they take him back to the cellar a now really freaked out Yusupov decides lets beat the dead body beyond what any normal man could take just to make sure he is dead. with a severe kick to his left eye being recorded by wittiness.  

so after this beating the exhausted men are just standing around the body for about 10 min , that's when rasputin starts to move and tries to wake up again , so the brave and confused gentlemen decided revolver to the head is the only way to kill this man for good.so they decide to chain up the body and throw it in to an icy lake hoping he would sink to the bottom, in the following days rasputins body was found in the cold waters but something strange happened , the chains they had wrapped him in had been removed and it appeared he had tried to swim to shore before he finally froze and drowned to death.

so lets get this straight the guy drank 4 bottles of wine soaked in cyanide , was shot 6 times once in the head and was beaten beyond belief by a group of what i assume are sexually repressed men .only to be chained and thrown in an icy lake Aladdin style only no genie to help. this needs to be a movie and i have been looking for a medium to restart Jeff Goldblums career who doesn't want to see him get mutilated in a frozen setting? well anyway thanks for learning with me.

The Nordic visitors could thor exist?

Today while eating Cheetos and surfing the web (if people still say that) i found myself in an ancient aliens kick and continued to get into my half assed research on different alien species until i came across the nordic alien species. let me just say either Thor exists or some people still have very profound sex fantasies about ultra ripped ,skin tight suit wearing, giant blondes.

The Nordic aliens are said to be very fit , between 6 and 7 ft tall and if the eye witness testimony is true then they are friendly to humans and want to help us advance in technology and even defend us from the evil entities known as the greys or grays depending on what website you are on. with many who have had experience with them stating that abduction is not always necessary but that more of a mind meld is going on.

so today i learned about a supposed alien race that looks an awful lot like the Thor from the marvel films. so how long until one of those muscular blonde bad asses shows up looking to go toe to toe with the military's version of iron man on mount Rushmore? i say 6 to 7 years big tittle fights take time to plan. thanks for learning with me.
